I'm semi-inactive, I have mostly given up on dA due to a lack of engagement and way too much support for AI images. I come back here every now and then tho to check messages or buy adopts.

seeing a photorealistic artwork a few years ago: whoa, that's amazing, that must have taken so much skill and practice!! seeing a photorealistic image now: meh, whatever. it's probably AI generated anyway, it's so soulless...

lemme just say this: I will always, ALWAYS be happier to pay 100 dollars or more for an adoptable that was drawn by hand, with genuine hard work and passion, than paying even a single cent for some AI generated shit with no soul.
